League Gives Guang and Lejeune 4-Game Suspensions Monday, July 3rd, 2023 Both Joplin and Astoria held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at The Firepit have been suspended for 4 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the Fireballs Joong Guang and the Argonauts Juan Lejeune will begin serving the suspensions today. Currently Guang has 9 home runs and a .220 batting average. This year Lejeune has made 5 relief appearances, pitched 4.1 innings, and fashioned a 0-0 record with a 4.15 ERA. He has recorded 1 save, struck out 3, and allowed opposing clubs to hit .100 when he is on the hill. |
