Hard work, long hours and a tireless resolve paid off for him today in the form of the Kade Stenson League Silver Slugger Award. Vedant hit for a .340 average while collecting 232 hits, 24 doubles, 18 triples, 20 home runs, 88 RBIs and scoring 141 times.Doug White of the Acapulco Banditos finished second in voting, while Billy Greer of the Acapulco Banditos finished third. |
