Jewers Torches Diablos for 5 Hits Thursday, September 8th, 2022 Lawrence Jewers had a huge game today at Hell Stadium. He rapped 5 hits in 7 tries and helped the South Bay Arsenal overcome the El Paso Diablos 20-4. Lawrence Jewers hit a solo-shot off Luis Meléndez in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. For the season Jewers has produced 130 hits in 390 at-bats for a .333 average with 11 home runs and gotten on base at a .449 clip. |
