KSL's Best Batter Selected Thursday, September 1st, 2022 Eduardo Varerla put together a good August to earn the Kade Stenson League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Acapulco officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Banditos second baseman posted a .312 batting average with 11 home runs, 34 RBIs and 26 runs scored. Hitting .259 to date, Varerla has 40 home runs and 109 RBIs. He has played in 133 games. |
