Week's Best Player Honored by BCL Monday, August 22nd, 2022 At the age of 27, Kazuhiro Morita might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Philadelphia center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .476 batting average. For his efforts Morita collected the Blake Camden League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 4 home runs and 9 RBIs last week in 6 games. This year Morita is batting .232 with 23 home runs and 74 RBIs. |
