BCL Player of the Week Named Monday, July 11th, 2022 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing José Gonzáles was rewarded with the Blake Camden League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Astoria Argonauts right fielder hit .393 while collecting 11 hits in 28 at-bats, 6 home runs and 13 RBIs. So far this season Gonzáles is batting .324 with 15 home runs, 56 RBIs and 35 runs scored. He has 67 hits in 207 at-bats, 10 walks and a .358 OBP. Gonzáles has played in 48 games. |
