Great June Gets Collier BCL Best Hitter Award Friday, July 1st, 2022 Lee Collier put together a good June to earn the Blake Camden League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Joplin officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Fireballs first baseman posted a .370 batting average with 11 home runs, 37 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This season Collier has hit at a .340 clip with 56 RBIs, 16 home runs and 36 runs scored. He has played in 60 games. |
