Philadelphia First Baseman Picked BCL Player of the Week Monday, June 28th, 2021 So far in his young career, Ed Greer has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Blake Camden League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Philadelphia Freedom first baseman hit at a torrid .414 clip as he collected 12 hits in 29 at-bats, 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored. In 59 games this season Greer is batting .276 with 56 hits and 10 home runs. He has scored 33 runs and driven in 40. |
