BCL's Top Player Named Monday, May 10th, 2021 So far in his young career, Kulaja Godambe has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Blake Camden League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 20-year-old Joplin Fireballs second baseman hit at a torrid .632 clip as he collected 12 hits in 19 at-bats, 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Godambe is currently hitting at a .512 pace with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs. |
