Maple, Mile High Close Deal Monday, December 22nd, 2025 A trade was announced today at a press conference in Maple. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Maple Marauders general manager shook things up by acquiring 25-year-old RHP Son Mai, 24-year-old minor league RHP Robinson Pedercini, 24-year-old minor league RHP Marcos Marino, 21-year-old minor league RHP Steve McBryde and 19-year-old minor league RHP Sawao Yoshimura from the Mile High Mustangs for 30-year-old CF Bartolo Valentín. The Marauders general manager said, "We're a better team now. We've added several pieces to the puzzle." In his career Valentín has played in 994 games with a .299 batting average. Among his 1092 hits are 211 doubles, 22 triples, and 192 home runs. He also has scored 658 runs, walked 493 times, has 181 stolen bases and driven in 635 runs. His career stats show that Pedercini has racked up 8 victories and 6 defeats and has recorded an ERA of 5.52. |
