Those words were spoken by Edgardo Gómez of the Jersey Jesters to BNN after his club dropped a 13-2 decision to San Francisco. Edgardo Gómez singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th and doubled in the 8th. This season Gómez has delivered 137 hits in 422 at-bats for a .325 average with 12 home runs. He is getting on base at a .361 clip and his totals also include 48 RBIs and 63 runs scored. This year Gómez has played in 117 games. |
