RCL Player of the Week Goes to Wrottesley of Manhattan Beach Monday, September 8th, 2025 24-year-old Henry Wrottesley sent shock waves through ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Wrottesley made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .481 average, 13 hits in 27 at-bats, 5 home runs and 15 RBI. Where the Manhattan Beach Patriots left fielder goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Wrottesley certainly made his mark last week. Posting a .329 batting average to date, Wrottesley has 13 home runs and 50 RBIs. |
