Gómez's Hit Streak Soars to 25 Games Friday, September 5th, 2025 The streak is alive and well -- at least for today. Edgardo Gómez did it again. He bashed 1 hit in today's game and for the last 25 games in a row has collected at least one hit. The 27-year-old Jersey center fielder extended his streak as the Jesters beat the South Carolina Bombers 6-5 at The Royal Court at Jersey Yards. Edgardo Gómez grounded out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
