August's Premier TML Rookie Named Monday, September 1st, 2025 In August, Edgardo Gómez knocked Thurman Munson League pitchers all over the ballpark all month long and put up numbers good enough to be voted the Rookie of the Month. Last month the 27-year-old Jersey center fielder played in 22 games and hit .417 with 4 doubles, no triples and 9 home runs. Gómez also scored 29 times and drove in 22 runs. Gómez has collected 118 hits for the Jesters this year, 12 of them home runs. He has also netted 42 RBIs and scored 53 runs while batting .314. |
