But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Georgia starting pitcher said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Feliciano out of action for 8 months. In 21 starts this year Feliciano has fashioned a 4-10 record and a 5.79 ERA. |
