Weber and Sato Fight, Get Suspended Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 Minnesota's Andrew Weber and Montreal's Kinnosuke Sato have been handed 4-game suspensions for their parts in yesterday's upheaval at The Frozen Tundra. The teams were notified today that the suspensions would go into effect immediately. According to the league commissioner Weber and Sato provoked and incited the brawl and bore the blame for what transpired. Weber on the season is hitting .341 with 19 home runs. His stats include 54 RBIs and 56 runs scored. Up to now Sato has compiled an ERA of 5.10 with a 2-1 mark over 7 starts. He has 30 strikeouts in 30 innings and has held opponents to a .287 batting average. |
