Off-Field Injury Sidelines Anderson Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 Team officials reported to the press that Jersey closer Ron Anderson was injured last night and suffered an elbow contusion while getting in a fight with a neighbor. He received treatment at a local hospital and was released. He is expected to miss one week before resuming baseball activity. This year Anderson has made 37 relief appearances and saved 17. His record is 2-6 with 51 strikeouts in 39.1 innings and a 5.95 ERA. |
