Roberto Clemente League Announces #1 Starter Friday, August 1st, 2025 Allen Cox took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Roberto Clemente League Pitcher of the Month award for July. The 25-year-old Gamblers starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 4-1 won-lost record in 5 starts. This month he fanned 31 batters in 31 innings and compiled a 1.16 ERA. In 21 starts this season Cox has gathered 9 wins while suffering 3 losses. He has pitched 114 innings, allowed 105 hits, struck out 110 and has a 3.00 ERA. |
