So Cal, South Carolina Make Deal Thursday, July 17th, 2025 The Republic and Bombers confirmed this afternoon that a trade had been agreed upon. In the deal, So Cal will get 32-year-old RHP Elvis Callahan and 22-year-old 3B Ebrahim Magsi, while South Carolina will receive 29-year-old minor league LHP Rafael Robles and 20-year-old minor league LHP Hidetada Abe. In his stats this season, Magsi has posted a batting average of .281 with 85 hits in 303 at-bats, 13 home runs and 34 RBIs. He has also scored 41 runs, walked 41 times and compiled a .372 OBP. |
