So Cal CF McIntyre Will Miss 5 Months Monday, May 26th, 2025 The So Cal Republic were dealt a severe blow when Bill McIntyre was hurt making a defensive play recently in a game against the Brooklyn Black Knights. After the game, the team trainer reported McIntyre might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 28-year-old center fielder out for the rest of the season with torn ankle ligaments. They indicated it would take McIntyre at least 5 months to heal. This year McIntyre is hitting .259, produced 25 RBIs and 7 home runs, scored 15 times and gotten on base at a .352 rate. |
