Eureka Manager Furukawa Named Top Skipper in TML Saturday, November 16th, 2024 Toin Furukawa, skipper of the Eureka Hornets was voted 2024 Thurman Munson League Manager of the Year and accepted the award earlier today. He guided Eureka to first place in the Thurman Munson League Sparky Anderson Division with a 108-54 record. "I'm very happy about this," he said at the press conference, "But I'm more happy about what my boys did on the field. They battled their butts off for me all year. They should get the credit." |
