Thurman Munson League Names Top Rookie Monday, November 11th, 2024 Today the BBN baseball writers announced the winner of the Thurman Munson League Rookie of the Year Award. The premier rookie in 2024 was South Carolina catcher Shannon Craft. He finished the regular season with a .326 batting average, 36 doubles, 1 triple and 27 home runs. Craft also had 86 RBIs and scored 88 times. Tanner Johnson of the Portland Beavers finished second in voting, while Kajal Ghandi of the Cabo San Lucas Toreros finished third. |
