Soucy Honored, 2024 TML Silver Slugger Award Monday, November 11th, 2024 Maple's George Soucy put the wraps on a fine campaign today by winning the 2024 Thurman Munson League Silver Slugger Award. The 28-year-old veteran scorched the opposition with a .357 average, picking up 222 hits, 35 doubles, 2 triples, 25 home runs and 102 RBIs, while scoring 113 runs. Pablo Ríos of the Georgia Grays finished second in voting, while Nick Holmes of the Portland Beavers finished third. |
