RCL Best Newcomer Award Hauled in by Maxwell Monday, November 11th, 2024 The Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Year Award winner for 2024 is Woodrow Maxwell of the Havana Stogies. This season the 28-year-old designated hitter played in 141 games, recording a .332 batting average with 31 home runs, 78 RBIs and 83 runs scored. Jejomar Butardo of the San Diego Hops finished second in voting, while Abdul Razzaq Kharoti of the Havana Stogies finished third. |
