RCL's Premier Player: Yamasaki of Duke City Monday, November 11th, 2024 It's been a year of triumph for veteran Kiyonobu Yamasaki of the Duke City Danger as he hit his way to the 2024 Roberto Clemente League Silver Slugger Award. The 26-year-old veteran compiled a .354 average and .457 on-base percentage by putting together 215 hits, 35 doubles, 9 triples, 43 home runs and 118 walks. He also scored 141 times and drove in 132 runs. Jong-min Kim Jr. of the So Cal Republic finished second in voting, while Steve McGowan of the Montreal Bandits finished third. |
