Republic are off to ABL World Series Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 By a series score of 4-1, the So Cal Republic have eliminated the Dallas Texans and are League Pennant winners. "We definitely didn't look ahead to the ABL World Series, but we thought we'd be there for sure," said Lou Ramsey, who was named series MVP. So Cal won the final game by a 6-1 count, wrapping it up at Metroplex Park. Ramsey's big series saw him hit .500 with a .522 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 5 runs.
