Toreros Kathirithamby Suffers Injury Tuesday, October 15th, 2024 Earlier today, Cabo San Lucas closer Mulia Kathirithamby had to leave the game against Eureka because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a stretched elbow ligament and will miss 10 months of play. Kathirithamby was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. Up to this point in the season, Kathirithamby has made 43 relief appearances with 1 save. Kathirithamby has also recorded a 1-1 won-lost mark with a 4.14 ERA. In 71.2 innings he has fanned 70. |
