Texans Win Tight Roberto Clemente League Tommy Lasorda Division Race Saturday, September 28th, 2024 The Dallas Texans kicked off what they hope is the first of many celebrations tonight, after having clinched the Roberto Clemente League Tommy Lasorda Division. Championship success is uncharted waters for the Texans, as the club has yet to win a ABL World Series. "We know what it takes, we just have to put ourselves in that position to win it," said third baseman Chong-yeol Pak. The club's record currently sits at 87-73 and the division win is the 2nd in team history. Team owner Marcos Varona said it was "an extremely proud day to be at the head of the Texans." |
