TML Selects Rookie Star of the Month Sunday, September 1st, 2024 Juan Martínez earned August's Rookie of the Month honors in the Thurman Munson League for last month's performance. The boyish San Francisco right fielder might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Martínez hit .355 with 5 home runs, 15 RBIs and 11 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. In 2024 Martínez has hit at a .349 clip with 101 hits, 11 home runs, 47 RBIs and has scored 37 times. |
