TML's Top Player, Tasha of South Carolina Monday, August 26th, 2024 23-year-old Anuvaha Tasha sent shock waves through ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Tasha made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .524 average, 11 hits in 21 at-bats, 1 home run and 7 runs batted in. Where the South Carolina Bombers third baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Tasha certainly made his mark last week. This season Tasha has delivered 46 hits in 159 at-bats for a .289 average with 3 home runs. He is getting on base at a .337 clip and his totals also include 26 RBIs and 16 runs scored. This year Tasha has played in 44 games. |
