RCL Player of the Week Named Monday, July 22nd, 2024 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Joe Young, the Seattle right fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. Young piled up 13 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 home runs and 7 RBIs while hitting .591. This season Young is hitting .309 with 123 hits, 24 home runs, 71 RBIs, scored 63 runs and played in 98 games. |
