Henderson Sensational, 5-for-5 Sunday, July 21st, 2024 Quebec left fielder Jeffrey Henderson banged out 5 hits today, but it was not enough to keep his club from succumbing to the Hornets 8-6. He went 5-for-5 and raised his batting average a few points. Despite the loss, Henderson was not dismayed: "If the hits keep coming," he said, "so will the runs -- and more importantly -- so will the wins." Jeffrey Henderson hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 10th. This season Henderson is batting .306 with 102 hits, 15 home runs, 53 RBIs, .340 OBP and has scored 48 runs. |
