Armada Anderson Out of Action Friday, July 19th, 2024 The Quebec Armada were dealt a severe blow when Mike Anderson was hurt running the bases recently in a game against the Eureka Hornets. After the game, the team trainer reported Anderson might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 26-year-old center fielder out for the rest of the season with a broken kneecap. They indicated it would take Anderson at least 7-8 months to heal. This year Anderson is hitting at a .313 pace with 17 home runs and 71 RBIs. He has played in 95 games and scored 56 times. |
