Bishop Hurt, Listed Day-to-Day Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 Alan Bishop of the Jersey Jesters was hurt in yesterday's game with the Armada. He sustained a stiff back while colliding with a player at a base and will be listed day-to-day. Team doctors said it could be 1-2 weeks before the standout second baseman will be completely healed. He could miss a few games. Bishop is hitting .323 so far this season with 29 RBIs and 31 runs scored. He has 54 hits including 7 home runs, 14 walks and .377 OBP. |
