So Cal, Seattle Agree to Swap Monday, June 24th, 2024 BNN has learned the So Cal Republic have reportedly worked out a deal with the Seattle Sasquatch. Sources close to the Republic indicated that a trade has been reached in principle where 30-year-old RF Jason Fox and 29-year-old RHP Andrés Nevárez will be swapped to So Cal with 17-year-old minor league LHP Yo Watanabe heading to Seattle. Neither organization would comment on the report, saying it was club policy not to speak about a trade until it was finalized. To date this year Fox is batting .219 with 9 home runs. |
