Sasquatch Jones Down with Injury Wednesday, June 12th, 2024 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Sasquatch when after today's game against the Bombers, the club found out they would be without the services of Lee Jones for at least 3 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Jones was injured earlier today making a defensive play and suffered a fractured fibula. Jones is hitting .331 so far this season with 8 RBIs and 27 runs scored. He has 40 hits including no home runs, 22 walks and .438 OBP. |
