Veteran Re-Signs with Beavers Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 The Beavers inked a deal with 31-year-old Troy Fountain today signaling that it not only wanted him on the field but in the clubhouse. Publicly, Troy Fountain has spoken highly of Portland, so the extension wasn't a total surprise. Fountain will draw $16,000,000 over the next 4 years. Up to this point in the season, Fountain has fashioned a 2-2 won-lost mark, made 28 relief appearances and rung up 16 saves. He has a 3.48 ERA and has allowed 34 hits over his 33.2 innings of work, struck out 31 batters and walked 15. |
