Jesters Second Baseman Bishop Injured Saturday, May 18th, 2024 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Maple Marauders, Jesters second baseman Alan Bishop was injured running the bases and is expected to miss 5-6 weeks with a strained quad. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Jersey skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow. This year Bishop has hit 7 home runs and posted a .314 batting average. |
