Duke City, Havana Trade Players Monday, April 29th, 2024 It's all done except the paperwork. The Duke City Danger and the Havana Stogies have agreed to a trade that will send 29-year-old minor league RF Víctor Hernández to Havana, while 26-year-old CF Xavier Encarnación will be shipped to Duke City. A top front office executive with the Danger described the trade talks as "quick and easy." "We're glad to get this deal done. We think it's something that helps our ball club and it didn't take too long at all to sort this one out," he said. For his career Hernández has hit at a .320 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 587 hits, 78 doubles, 20 triples, 85 home runs and 330 RBIs. |
