Kansas City Bats Silenced by Ueno Friday, April 26th, 2024 In a knockout performance, Yoshiaga Ueno beat the Tornadoes 4-0 with an impressive 1-hit shutout. The Bandits hurler finished with 4 strikeouts and 1 walk. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. Ueno told reporters after the game, "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working... it don't get any better than this." The Tornadoes manager said, "It was a rough one for my guys. We weren't at our best... and their guy was." In 5 starts this season Ueno has registered a 2-1 record and a 2.67 ERA. |
