San Diego's Rolón to Miss 12-13 Months
Saturday, March 2nd, 2024
Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Francisco Rolón of the Hops knows this firsthand. He was injured against the So Cal Republic while throwing a pitch. Because of a torn flexor tendon in his elbow, the San Diego starting pitcher is expected to miss 12-13 months. Rolón was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."
