South Carolina, So Cal Deal Made Tuesday, December 12th, 2023 The Bombers and Republic announced a deal that was completed today. South Carolina sent 28-year-old CF Katsumi Uchida to So Cal for $500,000 in cash. Both teams appear happy with the outcome of the trade. The general managers told the Baseball News Network they felt the swap was beneficial for the both teams and the players. Uchida is hitting the ball at a .256 clip over his career. In 304 games he has delivered 212 hits, 29 home runs with 112 RBIs and scored 109 times. |
