Ávila Sidelined for 2 Months Friday, September 8th, 2023 The Hops received bad news this morning. Carlos Ávila will miss 2 months due to a fractured finger. He sustained the injury in the San Diego-Seattle game while making a defensive play. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Ávila sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery."
