Bandits-Hops Fight Nets 6-Game Suspensions Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 Tim Raines of Montreal and Joe Barrett of San Diego have been sanctioned by the league office for causing the ruckus at Labatt Bleue Park yesterday. Both players have been given 6-game suspensions for instigating the fight and subsequent free-for-all. Raines is hitting at a .342 mark this season. His stats show 11 home runs, 66 RBIs and 76 runs scored. He has played 103 games for the Bandits. This season he has made 59 relief appearances, collecting 2 saves. Barrett has worked 99.1 innings, yielding 104 hits and giving out 45 free passes while striking out 101. He has a 2-4 record with a 5.44 ERA. |
