Glover Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 An opposing pitcher told BNN after the So Cal-Seattle game today, "Chris Glover is hitting everything you throw at him. He is one tough out. Fortunately things went our way in the ballgame today and we came away with a 2-1 win. But Glover still continued his streak." The Sasquatch third baseman now has hit safely in his last 20 games. He was 2-5 in today's contest. Chris Glover struck out in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 7th, struck out in the 9th and grounded out in the 11th. Thus far this season Glover has hit .326 with 26 home runs, 83 RBIs and scored 75 times. |
