Reynolds, Dan Receive 9-Game Suspensions Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 Baseball confrontations occasionally get intense and sometimes that tension becomes too much and boils over into more than just words. This time it happened to Maple's Blake Reynolds and Minnesota's Ti-an Dan. The two were the main participants in a fight that cleared the benches. Today both were suspended by the league for 9 games for their aggressive actions. "I hope things settle down now," the manager of the Berserkers said later. "There's no reason for us to be locked in a cycle of revenge. We all need to focus on baseball instead." This year Reynolds has hit 22 home runs and posted a .266 batting average. Dan's record so far this season is 8-and-2 with 2 saves and a 2.97 ERA. He has given up 73 hits in 100 innings with 102 strikeouts. |
