Hops Lebel Out of Action Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Hops when after today's game against the Earthquakes, the club found out they would be without the services of Goldi Lebel for at least 4 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Lebel was injured earlier today colliding with a player at home plate and suffered an oblique strain. In 108 games this season Lebel has batted at a .251 pace with 106 hits and 3 home runs. |
