Off-Field Injury Sidelines Carter Monday, June 19th, 2023 Earthquakes right fielder Alvin Carter will be sidelined for 4 days with an intercostal strain. It occurred when his kid ran into him with a scooter. "Obviously we are disappointed," said the San Francisco manager. "Let's just hope he gets back as soon as possible." So far this season Carter is batting .275 with 16 home runs, 42 RBIs and 48 runs scored. He has 71 hits in 258 at-bats, 24 walks and a .335 OBP. Carter has played in 66 games. |
