Player of the Week: Jersey's Bishop Monday, May 15th, 2023 At the age of 27, Alan Bishop might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Jersey second baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .500 batting average. For his efforts Bishop collected the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award.
