Hernández Wins RCL Honor Monday, May 15th, 2023 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Jorge Hernández, the Manhattan Beach center fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. Hernández piled up 7 hits in 22 at-bats, 5 home runs and 11 RBIs while hitting .318. This season Hernández has 8 home runs and a .315 batting average. |
